Executive Coaching
a process that encourages, challenges, and reminds a professional to live up to one's highest potential
My areas of expertise:
I have considerable work experience with all levels of management, from first line to executive. In my approach I combine my own management experience and a thorough study of practical psychology (both in the US and Russia). I believe that for managers to be effective they have to become good “psychologists” or, in modern terms, must have a high level of “emotional intelligence”. Sector Experience: I worked with managers from different types of organizations – government, non-profit and many global private companies from a variety of industries: finance, energy, oil/gas, pharmaceutical, consumer retail, and construction. |
My coaching style:
My coaching style is tailored to meet the practical needs of my clients and their personal preferences. In the beginning of every session I conduct deep focused listening and concentrate on understanding the clients’ situation, expectations and their personality. I customize my coaching style based on this initial assessment. Typically, I find that a practical result-oriented approach works best. I help my clients face challenging on-going business tasks, become motivated, develop realistic detailed action plans, and find the hidden resources within themselves to get those difficult tasks done more efficiently. |
