Michael P. Kelly, M.S.                                                   

Over the past 25 years Mr. Kelly has consulted to Fortune 500 companies, professional sports teams, national defense, venture funds and startups. As a Manager with Accenture, a Director with Cambridge Technology Partners (a division of Novell) and as an independent consultant Mr. Kelly has focused on process reengineering and large multi-stakeholder planning and facilitation. Mr. Kelly has helped companies in the US, Canada and Europe to become more productive through process, technology, and education. As Mr. Kelly works towards his Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution he is engaging with organizations on how to develop more effective teams and leadership, and is continuing to teach management and leadership skills, negotiation, conflict management, mediation and facilitation to corporate and academic audiences.
