Supervisor was unwilling to help other departments when customer problems arose. The supervisors' thinking was that unless it directly affected their department then they did not need to help out and be a part of the solution.
After going through the leadership training provided by Leader Talent, the supervisor was able to change his attitude towards cooperation with other departments and started utilizing the learned tools to help engage in the solution.
